Cali Kid Corals

Another one?

They never really had anything and what they did have was always overpriced... To survive in this economic environment, you have to stay competitive..Nevertheless another store closing (of any kind really) sucks

Yea, no wants to see that. It effects everyone in the long run, another store or buisness not generating money into the economy sucks.
But ICON is correct you have to be competitve in order to stay afloat today. They needed to take care of the place better and lower there prices.

Is this the store in the Sunset? Saw a couple of their cl postings awhile back but the prices seemed high and nobody really mentioned this lfs.

Yes, on Taravel St. Nice folks but the inventory didn't usually keep up with some other stores. I picked up a frag or two from them. Susan usually offered me special pricing on things....... 0:)

Has anyone been to Atlantis lately? Last time I was there it was pretty empty.
I go there fairly often because it is so close.
They have switched almost half the store to garden supply products. For indoor greenhouses.
Coral supply is still decent. Minimal fish and inverts though.
They eliminated a lot of the fish tanks to make room for garden supplies.
Definitely not what it once was, but still worth going to.
