Anybody Have Experience Setting Up a Temporary Aquarium in the Community?

Request from an amazing supporter of the environment, kids, and my classroom aquariums. (Also super cool - he worked on sequencing three chromosomes during the Human Genome Project.) His wife runs a summer camp in Livermore for kids with hand/limb differences and their theme is Underwater. He thought it would be great to have one or more aquariums set up in a common area for kids/teens to observe between activities and such - not work on. I'm guessing freshwater would be best but have no experience. Any ideas or experience you could share with me as a guide?

Was going to look at FW shrimp also. Their antics are cool to watch. There is a FW shop near me I was going to check out today or tomorrow.

Only a few days. I think my friend will be there every day to do it.
Seems weird to quickly set up a temp tank but I can see his wish to have it there.
