I have a strange question. I’ve had a single patek cufflink. It was worth a lot of money when I had his twin. But his twin has since ran away. I wanted to sell the single Cufflink. Since it’s a precious.metal. How do I know how much it’s worth ? And where would I sell it. I tried eBay years ago. Now he has been sitting on my dresser for years and years

For max value you may be better off trying to sell as a single cufflink in hopes that someone has another or doesn’t mind a mismatch. That will take time though. I doubt you’ll get near this value from a gold/coin/pawn dealer who will pay scrap/below spot prices.

18k White gold is currently $1,780 per oz, but you’d have to subtract however much the sapphire weighs and figure out if that has any inherent value.

IMO. Think you’ll get way more as is vs. its melt value. Most of its value is in the PP name. The amount of gold is probably a fraction of its value. Maybe post it on a watch website since its members are more aware of the brand.
