Bloated or pregnant clown?

So this clown is quite old its been around for a very long time according to the previous owner that i bought it from. It hasnt shown any signs of being sick and is always eating and swimming.
I noticed today it was a bit bloated and belly up but its able to swim down and around but not like a normal clown.
This clown is bigger than the other one so I suspect its the female from the pair.
I cant tell if its pregnant or bloated. At the moment its not wanting to eat. If this is bloating can anything be done?

Also brine shrimp can act as a laxative to relieve trapped gas or intestinal blockage along with peas( like fiber) but whole peas may also help relieve swim bladder pressure…Sometimes feeding souly pellets only may cause intestinal blockage issues as well one of the benefits of mixed diets not implying you are just throwing that out there! Ive used syringe needles in the past many times with larger fish brought up from the deep to fast to release full swim bladders which are easy to distinguish from swollen upper bellies but not on smaller fish..
Good luck!
