saw it peeking at me under a rock. used some silverside to pinpoint where he was in the rock and lifted it out. luckily he didnt drop out

i did unfortunately. i always thought the clicking i heard at night was due to pistol shrimp that i saw

I had a little 1 inch one in my tank for a couple of years, was cool to see it poking out of the hole it made in its rock.
