Clam question

I moved my Crocea from my 12 gallon to my new 90. All is well ad it is doing fine but I had a question about lighting. The clam went from a small tank with 150 mh to a large tank with T5's. I am running 8 bulbs on my 90 which by my research should be more than enough. My question is to those who have croceas under T5's, it's mantle looks great with great color and reacts quickly to shadows but I noticed it's mantle isn't nearly as extended as it was under MH. Is this typical or does this mean it is not doing well. My water quality is good ca is at 420 dhk 12.

how far is it from the lights now? without a par meter it would be hard to say if its getting the same amount/intensity of light.

where do I get a PAR meter? It's on the SB probably 2' below the lights. But actually this morning it looks GREAT but I don't know if it will stick. Do Calms tend to reach like corals do. And what would be the signs for stress if it was suffering?

I have a crocea 18in deep. Im running Tek lighting 4 T5 54W. 2 Aqua Blue and 2 Blue Plus. It is doing fine. amost a year and it has grown. Give it some time to adjust to the new system.
