Clowns Breeding? And mysterious egg things

So I was looking at my fish tank, and there were 2 little neon yellow orbs floating around. They were about 3mm wide perfect spheres. Does anyone know what these are?

Livestock list-
2 clownfish
2 yellow watchman gobys
Pistol shrimp
Fire shrimp
Arrow crab
Urchin
Helmet crabs
Snails
Tail spot blenny
Chalk bass

Also, in the bottom corner of my 25 gallon reef tank, one of my clownfish was kinda spazzing out on the glass, vibrating its belly on the glass, then Attacking it with its mouth, then repeating. Are they breeding or what?

Also they seem pretty interested all the way up the side of the glass
