Couple Q's pump and royal gramma (make that three)

First, I love the royal gramma color combo, is it considered reef safe and OK when it comes to shrimp in the tank?
Then, I got a Poseidon pump PS3, any input on these external pumps?
I think I will use it on the 90G; is used but still looks like new, even the box.
and to keep you guys busy, I have a 250W DE bulb that has one broken piece of ceramic on top of it and the little metal disc inside the bulb loose, would it be safe to use like that?

Thanks for the input. I went ahead and got one from OT today; I like it's color so much but I was skeptical on the behavior, I had a dotty back a while back we adopted and took care of my cleaner shrimps fast.
Next week I'll get a lawnmower blenny; last one tried to evolve to soon into a land creature...
 
The royal gramma at OT is really nice ... I was almost tempted to pick it up for myself on Saturday :D Too bad I already have a P. fridmani :(
 
Is a beautiful fish, I stopped there on Friday and there were two, one already sold.
I had a gift cert and used it to get the little guy.
My brother got a nice couple ofAustralian Black Ocellaris at AC today, man they are gorgeous!
We just have to wait to see if they become breeders.

Fired the bulb today and works just fine, I guess the bulb will be a "back up only" just to be safe.
When I fired it I was being way too cautious and pointed the reflector away from me and towards a concrete wall in case the bulb exploded
but worked as any regular bulb.
