These look like potato bugs - found on the bottom of a frag disc. They have hard shells and can actually move pretty quickly. Chitons or Isopods?

These are little bright red slugs with yellowish heads. They have two small antennae and were seen on the glass, saw several yesterday for the first time. Perhaps Vayssierea Felis?:

if you flip over and see many legs, it should be an isopod. luckily it doesn't have a 'tail' like predatory isopods do.

First one is an isopod, chitons don't have eye spots like that.

I just realized i have these same isopod-y dudes!! Saw some “flatworms” on my shroom tile and dipped, these guys came off.

They have legs and eyes

Any ideas what it is, if i need to remove, and how? Or is it chilling

Is does look like those slugs. Those guys are pretty neat.

Spirorbid eating is pretty interesting. I don't necessarily consider them a problem (my urchins tend to eat them up pretty frequently).

Some isopods eat the fish’s tongue and take its place and eat food scraps. I thought they lived in cold water

Afraid they're in both tropical and coldwater... even freshwater.

Yup. I was a deckhand as a kind, I've hand those crawl onto my hand :/

Can we get an exact ID on the isopods? Brief googling suggests sand skaters, but as to whether they’re harmful to anything I don’t know. Any knowledgeable reefers out there?

These guys too! Probably 5 mm long, 1 mm wide and wiggle
