This piece has gotten massive @4-5" wide. The pic only shows a third of the colony. I will be @Neptune Aquatics in San Jose this Thursday (1/7) for them to split. Recipient willing to meet-up will receive a fresh cut. Otherwise, pick-up is in Pacifica.

For most of its time in my display, this has been under moderately high lighting intensity (300+ PAR) but has since been moved to lower PAR (100-200par). Under higher intensity, the bubbles may fluoresce green, but at its current lower PAR spot, is mostly flesh colored (as shown in the pic).

Note: In terms of hardiness, this coral is pretty robust. But with all fresh cuts, one must take precautions when acclimating to a new tank.

Do these branch into separate heads? Or is it more similar to a wall hammer where it has multiple mouths all from one base?
