Looks like simple diatoms to me. Dinos has little strands with bubbles.
Put a snail or two in.
If it eats it, it is diatoms, and don't worry.

Diatoms eat up silica, right? I've only had diatoms at early stages in setting up new tanks, and just once, and then they go away
