I was cleaning the sponge of my tank and i noticed this in the back chamber should I remove it or its good to have

think that's an amphipod and are good. bad are the parasitic isopods that have black eyes.

Ok cool looks like an amphipod i just googled it. Appreciate the help

I pull them out of sponges and chaeto pretty frequently and toss them into the display. The wrasses go nuts for them!

I hate these particular pods... unless they're dinner for my mandarins.

whatever they are, i’ve got dozens sitting in all my corals.

Whenever I grab something with them on it I feel them wiggle against my hand and it’s the most horrible sensation
