Caught this little jerk eating flesh off a favia in my 10g. Took care of the bubble algae just fine before it expanded its appetite, though.

Just curious is it a male. I’ve herd that females leave corals alone.
How can I tell?

I knew how to sex a crab but I didnt know about males and coral.

Don’t know how true it is but I’ve had a all female crew of emerald and red mithrax crabs for I think about a year and none have attacked corals. One actually took up a Frogspawn as her home.
