Flame Angel appears to have developed fin rot. How to treat?

Hi I got this flame angel 2/24/19 and it appears that he has developed fin rot. I started running copper on 3/1/19. He was eating lots until tonight, where I did not see him eat at all. I did not notice the fin rot until today, he seemed fine before today. Here is an album of pictures: https://imgur.com/a/6P5fdan sorry for the crappy pics but it was the best I could do. How do I treat this and any other recommendations? What is the survival rate like? Thanks!

What are you using to test the copper level?

Was using salifert. I woke up to him dead thanks for trying to help
