both.. when I had to move my corals to a QT tank coz I went hypo, I had to borrow lights from Michael in a failed attempt to keep the corals happy.. And before that when I was treating my Blue tang with Copper, it was so difficult to visually evaluate him for white spots coz of the lack of lights in my hospital tank
