$190 for a new probe, ouch.

It did work well for the first 6 months or so. It's not a Continuous probe. So, you have to calibrate it every time you use it. I think the value comes from people that have to measure nitrates from several tanks. Once the probe went out, I did some homework and learned that the probes are finicky and do go wonky at which point they need to be replaced. And...yes...they are expensive.

I think you're right, this would be perfect for someone with multiple systems.
The cost and durability explains why we don't see more of these. It seems like nitrates are one of the most difficult things to test for.
