Flashing Tile Fish. Pic sucks because he moves constantly -- and fast. He's settled in well over the last week and doesn't flash much which seems to mean he's not stressed. Which is a good thing, but when he does flash it's spectacular.

They do spend a lot of time at the top of the tank with their eyes a bit above the water line. That tends to make them go up if startled.
