HELP! My ammonia levels went sky high and my tank got really cloudy overnight?

I need help with my ammonia levels sky rocketing I want to know the fast way to fix it and wat could have caused it?
I recently added some macro algea into my sump and created a refugium, can aglea cause this problem?
Also added some live rock guess there could be a possibilty it wasnt cured right, as I purchased from someone else?
Please help me I dont want to kill all my coral.

Get rid of any disintegrating macro.

Make tanks looks almost identical to the cloudy pictures. I didnt however see any change in the algea itself, but I had the algea in the garage in a bucket for a couple or three weeks, Im sure that didnt help.

Im new to the saltwater hobby, so I guess it comes with the learning curve.
I had maintained perfect water parameters before this mishap.

Water changes n get rid of macro algae I can get you more that fresh. I bet there people closer that could cut u some fresh

I changed 25% off the water this afternoon, Im goin to do another 25% in the morning.

Update: So after two 25% water changes and one 50% water change in the past 18 hours, Im flippin beat and my arms feel like jello.
Ive got the ammonia down to 1.0 ppm I think Im going to let the rest get absorbed and processed thru the filters. I only lost some xenia so its not the end of the world. Thanks for all the help!
