Help with identifying what the heck this is....

Today in my fish less tank I see this snail like creature. I took some pics, went to make coffee and it was gone!
Nothing living in this tank since my Velvet outbreak a year ago! just corals.

Looks like a Turbo snail without a shell? Or something more sinister???

Help!

Description sounds like a stomatella snail. It's really hard to identify the snail from the bottom only!

Yeah. I agree it looks a little big in the photos and the black areas on the side are unusual.

I know! Besides a little hermit crab I thought the place was a ghost town

No fish in the tank for about a year and no live rock additions

He must have been eating all the waste alone
