How dose the tracking work? For DBTC completed

I am looking on my completed chains and I see there are a lot that are not completed but should be completed.

I have give 4 Rostato’s Spicy lemon favia and the chain is not completed.

What is the process to make them complete?

Completing a chain is just passing a next gen frag on.

Wish I could add pictures to the other chains that have no pictures.
