How often do you cleanout your overflows?

I do it about twice a year, just to siphon it out. After what I found today I might to it more often.....Stuff like mud came out and about 5 or 6 bristle worms about 8 inches long each. Really big, I guess they have been helping keep my tank clean? : )

I do it just about every time. Always surprising how much crap there is in there

That area is very hard to clean but that is a good reminder.
I got one tank that tends to have enormous chunks of bubble algae forming back there.
