Not the stealing part but the IRS part..

David Siharath, 36, of Pittsburg, Carlos Coronado, 39, of Alamo and Jerry Kahue, 31, of Vallejo stole gold from Systron Donner from 2000 to 2008 and shipped it to a business in New York. They failed to claim the income from the gold on their tax returns, authorities said.

You are supposed to claim you are a professional gambler then report the income. Maybe 4-5 thousand a month hahahaha.. Thats how the good bank robbers did it hahahah...
