Is There A Safe and Effective Way Of Removing Mushrooms Question

Hi there,

Does anyone have a safe and effective method of removing unwanted mushrooms from live rock? I've tried removing some of them a while back, but they spewed this stuff :Sp which I believe my nearby sponges did not care for (slowed their growth down). Also, the mushrooms have grown back exponentially (Just as in the Sorcerer And The Broom).

Thank you for answering my post. I don't use kalk (dosing 2 part instead) but I do have Kent Turbo Calcium somewhere. Do you think if I make a strong enough solution of this it could do the trick as well as Kalk?

Kalk is pretty cheap, I do that do, but only kill a few at a time, since it can raise ph, so use it slowly.
