Looking to see if anyone can make a custom Baffle Panel?

I bought a JBJ AIO Tank to use as a Sump for my Waterbox Marine EX 60.2. I need a baffle with an adjustable Weir top to divide out a return chamber from the rest. Anyone able to make one for me or know where I can get one? It needs to be about 16 inches wide (minus 10 mm: glass is 5 mm thick). Then need an adjustable Weir top weir top for around 6.5 to 10 inch height adjustment. I have attached pics for what I am looking for. Thank you in advance for any leads!!!!

Do you need it to be pretty? I have new spare acrylic for you and can make one.

@ashburn2k can do it easily. He has a professional laser cutter and does custom laser acrylic work. Has built a few custom acclimation boxes for me.
