New Tank Algae

I have set up a new tank around 10/25. I'm sure it is done cycling as Ammonia, & Nitrite is 0 and Nitrate is around 10. I (as expected) have an algae bloom. I believe it is Bryopsis as it has a feather like appearance. I just want to know how long it should take to go away and should I do anything, or just wait? Tank stats listed below.

Tank Stats:
58g Display with overflow
13g Sump
Newly added Protein Skimmer - Aqua C 120 - still breaking in.
Nassarius Snail X3
Trochus spp. X2
Astraea spp. X2
Turbo spp. X2
60 lbs live rock

I've have some success with a kalk drip at night to keep the pH up for bryopsis. Some people have used elevated magnesium levels with mixed results.

A firm bristled tooth brush connected to a siphon hose with a filter sock draining into your sump can get a lot out of your tank while you battle H2O quality.

So are you saying that higher pH and Magnesium levels can potentially hinder the growth of that algae?

Also, I love that idea about the filter sock, syphen hose and the sump! ;D So you just tape the tooth brush to the end?
