[GONE] PIF - New Tank Start-Up - Large Toadstool - 9-inch

I have four of these in my tank, two of this size and two smaller ones. I planning to eventually take two of them out since I will be making room for SPS and potentially torches.

For now, I am considering giving one of the largest ones away to the right person - supporting members only with BAR for at least 1+ year, with a tank journal. See picture (the white patches are from it growing massively week over week).

I also got this from another BAR member and it helped me tremendously starting my IM 150. I believe starting a new tank with corals versus relying on bottled bacteria or adding too much rock is a much more effective way to be successful quickly. Therefore, I would like the person who takes this to use this for a similar purpose.

What type of toadstool is this?

Does it have the toadstool stalk?
I ask because I have a frag of one that has the same growth pattern as yours.

It's probably gonna shed soon so tenticals are retracted It's about 2.5 inches around. Yet looks spot on yours when tenticals are out.

But my larger one has taller stalk.

It doesn't have those folds in It's cap. It and all frags of it all have grown into circles and developed the stalks. It's about 8 inches plus across when happy

I'm just Wondering if they are totally different types of toadstools or does some condition makes them grow differently.

Lastly does you other ones you mentioned look different or the same?

Sorry Michael, no clue. The other larger one looks like this, with a very thick stem. You cannot see the stem of this one in the picture as the head spreads so wide. The slightly smaller ones have neon green polyps (refer to pictures below, the larger one is in the back and hard to take pictures of).

Thanks, I figured it couldn't hurt to ask. More curious about the differences than anything.

@Alexander1312
I need a piece please
That’s a crown type as opposed to the toadstool form
I miss the one I had before the fire

So they are the same your saying with different growth forms? Or totally different toadstools that just both have green tenticals?

Your kind of referring to what I was asking Alexander1312 if he knew above.
Only asking for informational purposes.

Yes, different
The one in the center of the pic…no toadstool “stalk”
Both have similar color body and green polyp
