Sorry, I did not take this picture but another family member. This tank has been in this or similar conditions for a while now. Not sure who is taking care of this, if anyone at all...

That’s a bit harsh.Looks better than about 75% of the pics I see of peoples tanks posted on random forums (R2R)...sadly.
Do inquire...I’m sure they use a service. Now I’m morbidly curious which service.
Urchin saves the day - I might do that….when I retire probably…There is a urchin so looks like someone is atleast trying from the new pictures. Maybe you can find out who is responsible for it and offer to give them a hand.
All these animals are no longer alive unfortunately. There are living anemones and “living” hammers, so the salinity is probably within “ok”- and the algae is helping reduce nutrients.
At least it’s not like the Cupertino Library one. It’s such a nice tank but the way they treat it is such a shame.
If you guys saw the water test results and the equipment room behind it you would agree lol
Since those pictures were taken they all died? What a shameAll these animals are no longer alive unfortunately.

That was very generous of you - it would take quite some time and effort to get this back into shape.Spoke to them about this tank since this is where I take my daughter for her appointments. Offered to revamp the tank and drop by to do periodic maintenance, at no cost, even though Kaiser literally prints money. The person in charge never got back to me. It’s serviced by a company. Can’t remember the name. I suggested they fire the maintenance company and hire someone more competent.
