Question about Roti-Feast and Tigger Pods

I want to feed these occasionally to my baby Bangaii Cardinals. Which is smaller, Roti-Feast, or Tigger Pods? Is one more suitable for feeding to my fish than the other?
For both of these foods, if I keep them refrigerated, do they still need to be fed Phyto-Feast? Prior to feeding, can I just take the food, and put it directly in the tank?
Thanks!

FWIW I am not the one to ask about raising fish :)

Tiggers are not well suited for feeding babies of any fish really as they are very spiney and can clog the throat killing the fish. Rotifers are too small for baby cardinals IIRC but I don't raise them. Ask Rich what he's using are search the numerous online articles re: reasing BC babies. www.marinebreeders.com is an excellent resource.

I should have said "raising baby and larval fish :)

The MOFIB gang is really on it though, I highly suggest joining up if you want to breed anything.

Sounds about right but I just don't know for sure so I didn't toss it out there :)

We have a MO breeding expert at Reed that shares my office but unfortunately I am on the road this week (Denver). When I get back I will ask him for sure.
