Radion G5 vs daylight savings

My Radions schedule adjusted an hour on its own. I have no issue with it, in this case, but am curious if others noticed a change to their schedule without intervention?

I tend to do nothing in various reefing scenarios. One example is doing nothing to my lighting schedule when the clocks move forward or back. This year was the same, I did nothing except get comfortable with the idea of my lighting window changing an hour. On Monday or Tuesday of this week, my lighting schedule slid back an hour, 5 weeks after the clocks moved back an hour. I wonder why now? Just a wonder.

I have not checked my Versa to see if its schedule adjusted on its own... I will check it out this weekend.

Very interesting! I do not have radions, and I reached out with a similar question, consensus was it probably doesnt matter much, but I’m in the boat of leaving the schedule as is

Ecotech products in Mobius are known to have the clock issue. I usually notice it when my lights are on at odd hours not according to its schedule. You’ll usually see this button in Mobius to fix it tho.

@SupraSaltyReefer thank you, I will check that out. I will also check the default setting for daylight savings. I never selected one option or the other for that setting.

I do remember a few years ago seeing a random g5 running in the middle of the night. Usually reconnecting the device helped resolve. I have not noticed that happening in a while which is nice.

leaving the schedule as is = doing less which I am a big fan of lol. I was more curious why it would change weeks after daylight savings but I think Supra might have cracked the code. I will make a habit of checking for the device clock error every once in a while or when things seem off.

The Neptune apex does adjust for DST but the Red Sea lights (and other apparatus) do not adjust automatically and I need hit a toggle

Mine just come on an hour early. I didn't change the clock. I did see the notice once but then I forgot all about it
