Red Seastar

So I got a red sea star, urchins, crabs, snails and some other CUC over at AC a couple days ago.
Well the cute seastar toppled and demolished the absurdly spiky longspine urchin. Whoa! My question is if he can polish off a spiky long spine urchin overnight, is everything else fair game? (Its a new tank so fish only for now) but overall how much and what do these guys eat?

Im not positive what type of sea star it is. I’ll post a pic after work today. It also went through a full sheet or two of nori on its own in addition to an urchin in 24 hours. Are they always this hungry?

Clearly you need to know the type of star. The reef safe ones never do that as far as I know.
