Tang aggression

They might work it out at that age still but your tank is too small for a yellow tang IMO, and he will probably only get angrier as he gets bigger. Tomini should be OK.
 
The answer is lots of rock work and hiding places.... I keep lots of tangs in lots of tanks. Only issue is when you have similar shaped ones... but with lots of hiding places, they all settle down after a few days.

Except is when you have power xxx tangs... they're just jerks
 
How long have you been seeing the aggression? I recently added a Hippo tang to my big tank where I keep a bunch of tangs. A few days of chasing and then everything settled out. Now everyone is happy, or as happy as fish can be.
 
How long is temporary? Put the largest mirror in the house against the tank! Turn off lights for a day or two but e eventually they gotta work it out but depending on the aggressiveness may want to toss whoever in the sump or acclimation cage since their caudal peduncles can slice and dice gravely! If ones getting sliced up then separate..
