I don't have room for it in there. Hopefully I'll have it emptied into the new system by tomorrow. The footprint of the 100 stock tank is actually a lot less than the 65 gallon redsea.
What i need is a bigger skimmer. My Simplicity 120 isn't going to cut it on this tank. And powerheads... One of the most expensive things is a free tank.
I’ve got reef octopus 150 something if ya needWhat i need is a bigger skimmer. My Simplicity 120 isn't going to cut it on this tank. And powerheads... One of the most expensive things is a free tank.
If you remember (i think i asked you about them)the two I have, let me know if one would work for you? What i need is a bigger skimmer. My Simplicity 120 isn't going to cut it on this tank. And powerheads... One of the most expensive things is a free tank.
Is he still making tanks up in the Sac area?Congrats on the beautiful Keith Grandt tank! Have always liked the top tier quality of his Signature tanks.

I am running 2 in my tank. Not bad for the price.I have a few skimmer bodies. No pumps unfortunately. If you need. Let me know.
The knock off mp 40s have good reviews.
@boun11 is running one. Cheap for the money.
I like to imagine that avast is plugged in and slowly feeding the fireplace. For hanging stuff, I've been using IKEA Skadis boards and you can do some nice setups. I attached one big one to a swiveling mount so I can easily get behind it and run cables. The mount I did by attaching a foldable shelving mount sideways. Now I'm trying to figure out what to do with all these wires and outlets. The new tank is going to fill that spot so I won't be able to reach behind like I did with the red sea. I had a dream last night where I put about a 4" hole in the wall to the right of where the tank is going and had all the electrical and controllers on the other side in a cabinet.

I love the skadis. I found a file to print filament spool holders that hook to the skadis.I like to imagine that avast is plugged in and slowly feeding the fireplace. What I've always wanted to do was put the Skadis on a sliding mount so I could move it out of the way. I wonder if you could find something like that. You'd need to extend dc cables to make it work, but I'm imagining some rails where you just slide the equipment all behind the tank when not used.

Last I heard he’s retired 6+ years ago.Is he still making tanks up in the Sac area?

You need to stop reading my tank journal before bed.I had a dream last night where I put about a 4" hole in the wall to the right of where the tank is going and had all the electrical and controllers on the other side in a cabinet.
