Hi everyone, I'm a new member and reefer of about 1 year. I just got my first fish a few days ago and have them in quarantine. I'll post a photo of my tank when I get home from work tonight, but it isn't much to look at yet, just some GSP, a Duncan, some zoas, and a few snails and crabs. Oh, and my goodest boy, Conkie the Conch! :D

Here's my tank. It was hard to take a picture that wasn't some degree of crappy. The GSP is behind the rocks, because I'm trying to get it to grow up the back of the tank.

Welcome to BAR! Glad you are here. This is an awesome community of folks with lots of experience. I'm a newbie too. Please look around, utilize that search function, and ask questions. Someone here is bound to know the answer.

Welcome.

You might want to look into a proper camera/phone lens filter in the future so that we can help you better when you progress further and encounter challenges. There might be some on our freebie table at the swaps but they are also rather inexpensive yet useful for the purpose of this forum.

And I love conches :).

Lastly, start a tank journal. It seems like you would be doing it for others but you primarily benefit from it by documenting your thoughts and allowing others to weigh in.
