@MichaelB - done! Still a bit worried about moving the zoa in with the torch and frogspawn. I just keep switching the water in the tub that the zoa is in. It is also a foot away from the ap9x which does heat up the water. But, yes, there is no flow.

I expect the torch and frogspawn to wake up today which means I can transfer them to the main tank and then move the zoa into the qt tank.

here is a picture of the jqt (janky quarantine tank).

Those corals look pretty stressed. Unless you've got a dedicated tank set up to QT the coral, I would just acclimate + dip (below is a guide from Tidal Gardens):

I either remove the frag plugs or give the plug a good scrub with a toothbrush before it goes in the tank. I also check for stuff like Aiptasia and Majanos which dip won't do anything to.

looks like I managed to somehow do all of that. I have a dip but have not used it yet.
