Yea seems like that's happening already. Maybe I should make some frags before some of em get choked. It's just hard to frag when they have grown onto the rock
Another photo that shows how much the zoa rock has grown, running out of space soon! I wonder how that rainbow incinerator polyp invaded that pikachu frag...
It's been a while since the last update. Got some more corals in the meantime so now the systems is fully stocked
I did add a few rocks that I got from aqua rocks, they're pretty good for filling in empty space and they do hold frags easily. I like the magnetic branch ones that can go on...
Oh I am definitely not talking about that 3d printed adapter that UNS sells XD. I did buy that one and it does not work at all !!! It will be super noisy if you try to plumb a reef mat with that thing (water will be overflowing from the top of the adapter and falling right into the sump), I've...
Yea the only issue I had with UNS systems is that their sump isn't designed to work with most filter rollers. They are only compatible with the reef factory ones but I believe they went bankrupt a while back. I did contact them about this and they say they are working on their own filter roller...

Free to anyone who can provide a good home...
Does anyone know where I can get 40mm to 32mm metric reducers? I am trying to plumb the overflow pipe in my uns120 directly into a reefmat 500. What I will need is a reducer with 40mm male and 32mm female ends. Some pictures of the uns120 for reference. Thanks!
Update on the transfer! Everything went smooth and it has been 2 weeks since I completed the transfer. Didn't lose a single livestock and no ugly stage. YaY
Only issue so far with the new setup is reefmat compatibility. Using good old filter socks for now till I figure out the plumbing
