LF: recommendations on prefab or custom rail system for 3 Kessil AP9X

Currently I am using kessil's mounting arms my for each of my two AP9X. I want to add another AP9X to increase the PAR. Therefore, I would have three AP9X's on the rail.

Any recommendations?

Use 8020 and get these 3D printed brackets.

Thank you. Robert from Neptune mentioned the 8020 rail system. I am just worried about the weight. Not sure if I should do a T rail or more of a U shape rail. I'll need to draw this out to see which one will work better.

I wouldn't be concerned about the weight on the bars, zero percent chance this causes them to fail.

I would worry about it being straight if you were doing something like only hanging them from one side, since you'd need to account for a slight flex.

What's the setup you're looking to have? Bars hanging from a back wall over a normal tank? Bars resting on the glass like the standard AL racks? A peninsula with hanging lights? ...

Here is an 80/20 light mount I just made. It’s for two Radions using 3d printed mounts. I bought all the parts from TNUTZ.com. Amazon has parts as well.

I am a fan of how I have my lights mounted using the arms cut down and screwed to the wall. Do you have a pic of your system handy? Here's what I did on my old system with the AP700's.

More looking for something like what @Devon did. I will most likely will have to bolt to the wall instead of the back of the stand.

The black bar is a piece of wood screwed to the wall, then wrapped in black tape. The one on my current setup is spray painted black. Then the brackets are bolted to the bar with the vertical pipes cut short.

Here's how it is on my new tank.
