High phosphates no problem

Thought this would be worthy of sharing hence alot of people go crazy about phosphate/nitrate numbers. I've always had very high nutrients and my tank never had issues or alage,
The only test kit i could use for my phosphate/nitrate would be API since it reads high numbers.

Here's an ICP for better accuracy.

That green fuzzy soft coral, love it. Really the whole tank is beautiful, but that is a special piece. Is it a neon green mushroom leather?

Do you use tap water?
How often do you change water and how much?
What food do you feed?
Filter socks or roller?

its been a couple few years since I have tested phosphate or nitrate. I imagine nitrate is low while phosphate is high. Need to get some new reagents and take a look.
