@MichaelB - done! Still a bit worried about moving the zoa in with the torch and frogspawn. I just keep switching the water in the tub that the zoa is in. It is also a foot away from the ap9x which does heat up the water. But, yes, there is no flow.

I expect the torch and frogspawn to wake up today which means I can transfer them to the main tank and then move the zoa into the qt tank.

here is a picture of the jqt (janky quarantine tank).

Those corals look pretty stressed. Unless you've got a dedicated tank set up to QT the coral, I would just acclimate + dip (below is a guide from Tidal Gardens):

I either remove the frag plugs or give the plug a good scrub with a toothbrush before it goes in the tank. I also check for stuff like Aiptasia and Majanos which dip won't do anything to.

looks like I managed to somehow do all of that. I have a dip but have not used it yet.

I moved the torch and frogspawn into the main tank yesterday and the zoa today.

As soon as I put in the torch and frogspawn, hermit crabs descended on it. The torch kept getting dislodged and falling into the sandbed or sideways on the rock. The frogspawn did emit a teeny bit of goo yesterday when i placed it into the tank at first. Today, the torch is super stressed out. I found it face down and placed it another spot. There is no color that I can see within it. Fingers crossed that by tomorrow, it will start with some color in the center and then gradually it will spread and then become all tentacles.

The frogspawn is less stressed. Color is present in the center and there is atleast one that it is creeping towards the outside. The zoa looks okay and I stuck a hermit crab on it =)

The first is the torch, the zoa and then the last two are the frogspawn.

I kind of alluded to it in my last post but wasn't super clear, my bad. Your QT process does more harm than good IMO. You never want to see bare skeleton on torches/frogspawn. I would have followed the 30min acclimation guide I linked (with dip and pest inspection/removal).

It's good to keep pests out of your tank, but there are better ways to do it with less risk to the coral. Everything is a learning experience in this hobby; I've made my fair share of mistakes as well. Hope these corals pull through for you!
