Anyone ever dealt with broken Orphek OR3's?

I have an Orphek OR3 blue plus that is just over a year old. It just stopped working. At first the bar was barely discernible to be on, now nothing.

Anyone know if there is a common problem with these that is easily fixed?

Appreciate any info.

Reach out to there custom service if you have not already. I had one fail just over a year old and they sent me a replacement. I recently had one fail after 3 years and they wouldn’t send a replacement but they would sell me a replacement led board for pretty cheap.
 
Update: Now they are saying based on the serial number it is 2 years old. Offering an upgrade kit to an OR4 for $50.
I already bought a Quanta Meso Blue.
If anyone wants the OR3 LMK.

Bummer. I just ordered the $50 OR4 upgrade for two OR3 60s that died. Not as good of a deal as I thought, though, because they charge about $45 shipping from Hong Kong. I hope the OR4s last longer than the OR3s.
