    Finnaddict's 180

Total nightmare! I added 6 and then another 6 a few months later. They weeded out the weak and settled on 10.

No, the pumps kept working and chopping up the worm. I had 6 feet of worm blended into the system and turned it into a thick nasty brown soup that smelled great! Totally nuked the tank. I had been trying to remove him but he removed himself for me.

    Finnaddict's 180

Hello everyone. Been reefing for about 30 years. Current system has been up since 2005. Started out with halides and T5’s and in 2012 I had a huge Eunicid worm find its way into the sump and thru the return pump which completely crashed the tank. Fast forward to 2015 and I switched over to LED...

Does this look like aiptasia or xenia?

Pics a little blurry but the way its growing looks like Xenia to me. especially the fuzzy tentacles it can spread and be a nuisance like aptasia though

    Black sponge?

Sponges filter nutrients from the water and will keep spreading. No, shrimp will not eat it.

anyone have opinions on Reef Radiance LED lighting?

Im running 3 DM155's and they are great light in my opinion. Corals are colorful and growing. Only thing I wish was that they were dimmable thru a controller. You cant beat the price either. I actually picked mine up on a sale for $100 ea.

Advice Please- Two Little Fishies ATLAS3B Aquastik

I used it before with no ill effects. Has to be something else going on in your tank. I would of left the skimmer on. I would use the gel type crazy glue in the future.
