thanks for the replies everyone! I think a few heads are dying but it seems more due to trauma than anything. Fingers crossed the 5 or so healthy heads pull through. I love the idea to glue it to the overhang. Once I verify positive life, I will do just that!

I bought these yesterday and they all looked normal. This morning before lights came on, a few were opened. Now I come home from work and some of the heads are really funky looking. I dipped them with revive before placing in the tank. Any ideas or recommendations?
