Suggestion if you want to try to keep it. First, put the bullied one in a acclimation box in the tank for 4-5 days. That alone often works. Second, do the mirror trick. It almost always works on Tangs but often on clowns as well.

I'll answer it this way. I have known a number of individuals and businesses that do it full time. I've never known a well-off one. I've known many who didn't make a living at it, and some that do well enough, but no one's getting wealthy. You better love what you're doing, and it's not easy work.

4-5 fish is probably too many for a 16G and you want to be sure that you start VERY slow in a tank of that size with no more than two fish for a couple of months. Blue tang needs a 75 gallon plus and even at that size would need rehoming eventually. There are no tangs that will work in a 16g.

For the record though, @Coral reefer is likely right and it may not be a predator at all. It's unusual for multiple fish to be killed and no sign of them is left unless it's something like a Nem......
