They are not Grindle worms. They will be for both FW and SW. I was going to do black worms but from what ive read they don't reproduce very fast.

I didn't do anything to the tank today, not even feed. It was kind of nice. I did do something for the tank though, I ordered a white worm culture.

I had a wrasse that lived in my overflow for at least 6 months.
