Just did 18 gallon mix. 7 cups Fritz, 2.25 cups IO.
Salinity 1.0255-1.026 (Refractometer and Milwaukee). Alk 8.5 (Hanna). Ca 430-440 (Salifert). Mag 1420-1440 (Salifert) ... shut off pump, brute lid on, will check back storage results on Monday.
Never thought about it but just saw on another thread. Since I have IO and Fritz in hand, I will try to mix both next water change. About 75/25 Fritz/IO. IO will boost Alk a bit (was getting 7.8-8.0 Fritz) and lower high CA and Mag from Fritz. Wonder if it will help with the Alk storage...
Needed a nickname when I first started multiplayer gaming on our coax dorm network, Warcraft and Warcraft 2. I really liked yellow, wore lots of yellow shirts. Not much rhymed with yellow. I really liked eating jello in the cafeteria. Thus, yellojello. Although I enjoyed red jello more than yellow.
It's been sold out at Neptune and don't have ETA. My peppermint lasted for a few years, but it met its demise when I did a rescape and probably messed up it hiding spots. Plus more wrasses prob didn't help.
Yea, structural engineer would cost you hundreds maybe even over a thousand more for a small project like yours. We removed a load bearing wall and put in a large cross beam in the ceiling, SE cost $1500. We used Efe from 4x Engineering, but we're in the South Bay. I'm sure others will chime in...
