Most fish, if well taken care of, will live for many years (10-20 depending on the fish) and if your fish are dying at a rate to where you need to constantly replace them you are doing something wrong.

From what it sounds like you are just looking for some free frags. Just go around DBTC threads and put your name in like everyone else.
If you want to ‘add life’ go to your LFS and buy some coral.
I have a pair valenciennea sexguttata in my 150. They do a great job of keeping the sand clean and IME aren’t as aggressive and don’t throw sand around like diamond sifters do.
They eat everything including nori.
Freshly hatched brine carry a yolk sac for the first few hours after hatching. From what I have read brine shrimp in this time period are more nutritious than most copepods feeding on phytoplankton.
