Checked out the new fishneedit LED

Did you ever work on the blue LED supplementation? The sort of greenish smooth skin acro you gave me is turning deep blue. Both of the blue frags are great color. You are going to like LED once you do get in.

    99sf's 150-Gallon Upgrade

The teal and purple curling in front of the sunset is very nice too.

    Ed's 195 LeeMar build.

If I could only get the outside of my stand to look as organized as the inside of yours.

    Kinetic's ELOS 120

I hear you on the deep and wide tank. I am hoping with the new job I can go ahead with plans for Gen to build a larger hex for me. Good luck getting the dimensions you want.

Do Duncans Grow Sweepers? - UPDATED with Pics

When I think of sweeper I think longer and thinner. I also think of night time rather than daylight. Are they sending these up at night too? I have not kept duncan coral in a couple years, but they seemed to close up at night or down to very short. They always had the same length around the...

    Help Identify this Coral

I have red center, orange donut and some non coral friends call it the 'V' coral. Scientific nomenclature are the best names.

    Rygh's 250 gallon upgrade

I have hooks that pulled a tail spot blenny out if you decide to do it the hard way. Caught him on the second try, in about five minutes. Fit mysis just right. I also have a trap that got the angel in two days of setting it. It caught other fish first, so if you are catching all, traps...

    Yellow Assessors

I added two to my single which was slightly older and larger with no problem in a 36g with lots of under rock spaces. They are definitely ranked, but the lowest one eats well. They each mostly stick to their space with some interaction that is for the most part indifferent. Its a great...

    225 upgrade IS HERE

And you thought I was joking. It took four weeks, and three large dump bins. There was a crew of six for four hours one of those days. Had to sell it clean, without a good stash of cash. Almost $10,000 for dump fees for contaminated soil. For diesel they spread it on a field and add...

    225 upgrade IS HERE

Ian I am glad you saw that jug near full when you did. Dave, pop that bad boy off and wipe it down then restart. His hose looked creep filled too, but it all happened so fast not sure what part of the fix got it back running. I do not have dosing pump, so very good for me to see its guts out...

Root like things coming out of rock

I used magnification, without moving the rock, and what I have does have clear feather parts at the ends. Had always been looking at them in hand and the feathers retracted. All less than half and inch long. Most quarter or so.

Root like things coming out of rock

You guys think this could be a sponge? I see no movement on what is inside a few of the tunnels in my rock. With any of the worms there are parts that move to collect debris. This white threadlike structure sticks out less than half an inch and seem to cover the surface with tips that branch...
