    Baby Trochus Snail

Maybe a couple months? They started off really really tiny. Edit: I started my tank in March. Probably noticed the babies in May. Posted the DBTC at the start of June. So they grow quite a bit in that first month to month and a half.

    Baby Trochus Snail

Glad to see these guys are still out there living it up! I believe that my numbers have dwindled down into the 30s. Haven't taken a census in a while. Living in a fluval 13.5, these guys kept going through the overflow and getting stuck in the filter material and perishing. They are finally big...

    DBTC: Jawbreaker

I'd like to put my name on the list if there is another one available. I'm not sure I qualify as of yet with regards to dbtc. I'd also want to make sure my tank is in a good place to add this little guy

    Blue photosynthetic sponge

I'm interested in attempting to grow this out. Maybe when I take some snails for a drive I can meet up with someone to get a frag?

    Fire_Reefer's Begginer's Journey - Fluval 13.5gal

@vissen319 I upgraded the pump to the sicce 0.5, but other than that im still pretty much stock. I recently finished my homemade media chamber I purchased the intank and copied the measurements and did a little custom build out of an acrylic sheet. Got a little impatient on one of the cuts...

    Baby Trochus Snail

@Alexx @wcfish21 @ryanraff @Mason Hey all, Just checking to see where everyone is located. Family thing came up and I ended up flying to Oregon instead of driving. I won't be heading up on Saturday like I had planned. However I'd love to do a bay area coral cruise sometime soon. If I can get...

    Fire_Reefer's Begginer's Journey - Fluval 13.5gal

May Started off the month by catching a baby deer in our basement light well. Then noticed for the first time that our trochus snails had babies! The duncan got pretty large and happy looking. For the longest time I wasn't sure if this really was xenia. But looking at it now it most...

    Fire_Reefer's Begginer's Journey - Fluval 13.5gal

Lots of updates... Let's see if I can work through them quickly. April The clowns settled in and made themselves at home. Added a sand sifting star to the CUC. I got a little worried because everything I read online said they would starve, but 3 months in it seems like it's doing pretty...

    Baby Trochus Snail

Pleasure to meet you @IOnceWasLegend. Your garage frag tank setup is pretty sweet. Looking forward to hearing if your adult trochus pair is breeding as well... And thanks for the skimmer! I'll try getting it set up on Thursday when I'm off and let you know if it works for me. Should I add into...

    Baby Trochus Snail

Hey everyone sorry for the short notice. Does anyone that wants a frag of these live along the 680 corridor and or in San jose? And will you be available today around 2 pm or 3pm? I have to take a quick trip up to that area today.

    Baby Trochus Snail

I live in Pacific Grove, it might be a little while before I get a chance to head up to the bay. If anyone is down here in the Monterey area let me know and I can get them to you. LFS said they'd give store credit, but they have to be bigger. I'm not sure 130 will make it to the size they want...

    Baby Trochus Snail

Would anyone be interested in some baby trochus snails? Would this qualify as a DBTC? I started with 2 adults and now I have over 132 roaming the tank. I'm down in Monterey, but could do a trip up to the bay at some point to do a swap. Mom and Pop Babies... Lots of babies... At least 130

    DBTC: Orange mushroom

I'd like one of these some day. Not quite ready to add anything new to the tank. What is that to the right next to the mushrooms? Galexea? I love the green and orange contrast!

    Coral RX and Spirorbid worms

I haven't been doing this for long, but the spirorbid worms survived the 15 min of bayer that I put them through.

    DBTC: Gonzos golden dragon

Such an awesome little shroom! My tank is still pretty new and I have yet to contribute to the DBTC, but I'd like to be on the list for this a couple months down the road. I have a few ideas for contributions to the DBTC that I'll be adding in the next few months.
