4/23 Neptune Aquatics does damage to enderturtle's wallet! [nano fishies/zoas]

Hey Robert, Just put my name on a pair of those Pedersons and I'll be down this Saturday (seriously). Ralph.

I take that back, Robert is officially a Baller :) Crinoid Squat Lobsters are reef safe. They are rather clumsy and should to be hand fed (I feed mine twice a day).

4/23 Neptune Aquatics does damage to enderturtle's wallet! [nano fishies/zoas]

When you start bringing in tiny Anemone Shrimp and Crinoid Squat Lobsters...that's when we can call you a 'Baller' ;) http://vid230.photob...zpssvaisasu.mp4...

[February 20th, 2016] - Scott Fellman talk on Reef Culture

Aha! So that's where I left it :) Would you mind bringing it along to the next frag swap? PS - Tank's a 12g, BTW, with 10g of water. In the reefing world contest of 'Who's tank is bigger', 2g counts ;)

[February 20th, 2016] - Scott Fellman talk on Reef Culture

Big thumbs up to Scott, Unique and BAR organizers. Having started 'reefing' back in the mid '80s, it was fun recalling all the 'interesting' developments that have been seen over the decades.

    EnderTurtle's 40 gallon breeder LPS

Part of the mixed reef challenge. Change the lighting and/or flow to make one coral happy and then others show distress. The smaller the tank, the harder it seems to be to find that 'perfect' balance. Part of the great mixed reef challenge :)

Nano sapiens 12g - Ye Olde Mixed Reef

A little less light helps and I add a few extra drops of iodine over the week. I also feed it heavily since it has lost much of the zooxanthellate derived nutrition.

Nano sapiens 12g - Ye Olde Mixed Reef

Still chugging along at 7-1/2 years: No major issues. Orange Yuma bleaching up front, but should recover (it's done this a few times over the past 14 years).

Ditto, that is a beautiful anemone!

Nano sapiens 12g - Ye Olde Mixed Reef

Glad I got you 'hooked'. As far as addictions go, that's one of the better ones ;) I've been mess'in with Rhodactis inchoata ('Tonga' Bullseye) lately and they are proving more difficult to manage in this small tank. Much more flow and light averse (tend to detach) than Ricordia and they...
