The light rail for my Kessil a360x is made from T slot. I used a chop saw with an aluminum cutting blade and the cuts were clean and smooth.

I used t bolts with nuts on each end and a small plastic tube to cover the threads.

It wasn't easy lifting the tank so high, but its up there.

I replaced the counter supports to make sure it could hold the weight of the tank. The new aluminum supports are rated at 550 lbs each.
