I picked up a frag of the neon green monti and after a couple of weeks of being ticked off at being moved from paradise to my tank it is finally settling in. Man is it ever BRIGHT! Looks awesome with my other montis, Thank you Winfield :) As for the two dwarf ceriths, they're living happily (?)...

Also try getting useful fish like maybe even mollys which are supposed to be really good at eating all sorts of algae and maybe a wrasse to control other potential pests like flatworms ect.

IF you're interested in the scientific experiment aspect of this, you might want to look into getting an oxydator. Seems to very good at helping control algae. Also there are some pretty small skimmers out there which might be good if you don't have a huge bioload.

Yep, I bought 3 and so did mike. All of them survived and seemed to be doing great in our tanks. We came home with 3 zoas, a monti, a pectina and a mushroom. Will try to post pictures soon but been really busy celebrating Mike's bday (took him to the Oddball Comedy festival last night :cool:)...

My DBTC Rules I use "DBTC" as a backup in case my coral dies. This means you give me a frag(when extras are available) if mine dies. My goal is to have a backup, NOT to pass around free coral to everyone. When you have frags available, add them to this DBTC so we can get more people to have...
